Josa’s Jellies began about 16 years ago in Bellevue, Iowa when a neighbor brought over a big basket of grapes.  Since there were just too many to eat, the extra grapes soon became homemade jelly.  All the jams and jellies are made from home grown fruits and Josa picks and grows 100% of the fruit that she uses in her recipes.    One item that Josa has diligently practiced perfecting for years is her sugar free jams and jellies.  In fact, she says she likes the sugar free jams and jellies better because they taste just like the natural fresh picked fruit when it is sweet and ripe.  Josa puts all her effort into making a product that not only tastes good, but is of high quality and looks beautiful in the jar.  Josa has a deep love of old country charm and in keeping with this, she believes in a soft-set for her jellies that are reminiscent of old fashioned recipes.  Josa’s Jellies takes special orders and as long as she has access to the fruit, she can make just about anything you request.  If you already have the fruit, you can send it to her and she will make the jelly for you.
